  • NFC Frozen Calamansi Pulp (Calamondin / Philippine Lime)
    NicePal Calamansi Puree is made from freshly harvested calamansi, processed in a clean environment. The juice is quickly extracted and frozen at -38°C, then stored at -18°C. The entire process, from juicing to freezing, is completed within 30 minutes, effectively preserving the fresh flavor and nutritional content of the puree.
    Calamansi is a tart orange that is native to the Philippines and surrounding areas. It is also known as calamondin or Philippine lime.
  • NFC Frozen Lime Pulp (Green Lemon)
    Nicepal quick-frozen green lemon/lime puree uses fresh limes in the season, squeezes the juice in a clean environment, and freezes it at -18°C after quick freezing at -38°C. From juicing to quick-freezing, the whole process takes 30 minutes Finished inside, effectively retaining the fresh flavor and nutrients of limes.

    Hainan NicePal Frozen Concentrated Lemon Puree is made from fresh, in-season yellow lemons. The lemons are juiced and pulped in a clean environment, then concentrated 15 times using a unique production process. Afterward, the puree is rapidly frozen at -38°C and stored at -18°C, effectively preserving the fresh flavor and nutritional value of the lemons.
